Staff across ADRA Uganda came together for a special Team Building Day held both at the Main Office and in field offices across the country. The day provided an opportunity for colleagues to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and celebrate the spirit of collaboration that drives ADRA’s mission.
Through interactive activities, games, and shared moments of reflection, staff members connected beyond their daily responsibilities and reinforced the importance of working together to serve communities effectively.
The event also highlighted the value of unity, mutual support, and staff wellbeing within the organization. Teams from different offices participated enthusiastically, creating memorable moments filled with laughter, learning, and encouragement.
At ADRA Uganda, we believe that strong teams build stronger communities. The Team Building Day served as a reminder that together, we can continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of the people we serve.
