The position holder will support processes for a specific professional area of work, to facilitate service delivery like taking minutes, provide the front office and administrative staff with support, maintain inventory of office and care giving supplies.  Provide administrative support during the workshops, meetings and trainings.

Essential qualifications and experience:  Diploma in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent, 4 years of relevant working experience in secretarial work or general administrative duties. Good communication skills, computer knowledge, knowledge of work routines and methods in order to complete processes under minimal supervision.
