Field Coordinator (General Food Assistance)

The position holder will be responsible to conduct monitoring visits, coordinate with the beneficiaries, distribute vouchers, report on the work progress, support the field team with the identification of beneficiaries, lead in the capacity building of beneficiaries in resilience building interventions, tracking the volunteers’ attendance, coordinating work with the volunteers, monitor program implementation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or a related field plus at least 3 years experience – one of which must have been spent working with refugees and/or internally displaced persons. Training, facilitation and coaching skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability work under pressure/effectively within a team, multi-task and meet deadlines, Applicant Must have a valid motor-cycle riding permit and should be willing to reside in Kyaka II.
