Community Support Officers
Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Community Psychology, Education; Social Sciences; Business Management; Development Studies or any other relevant degree.

Experience and other required qualities: At least 3 years’ working experience in facilitating organizational capacity assessments, implementing organizational development training and strategic planning with civil society organizations, fundraising networking / linking for small CSOs, technical training skills and hands-on experience in partnerships and monitoring and evaluation – including data collection analysis and good report writing. Good communication skills; teamwork; ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines; and a willingness to work in hardship areas, strong Business Insight. Should be computer literate and have a valid motorcycle riding permit. Ability to speak at least one of the major languages spoken in the Karamoja region will be an added advantage.
