Cash Transfer Manager

The position holder will lead the implementation of cash transfer component, provide trainings/orientation/technical inputs to field monitor, supervises and consult the distribution team, prepare and submit reports for Cash Transfer and ensure proper accounting for all cash transfers, develop and disseminate information & education communication materials on cash based transfer, consolidate, compile and submit quality reports to FAM.

Essential qualifications and experience:  A Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences/community development or any other related field.  2-3 years experience in cash-based programming, knowledge of relief and community development programming essential, Knowledge of humanitarian aid standards as well as accountability standards networking and collaboration skills, computer literacy in MS Office, excellent presentation and report writing skills, good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate, taking into account cultural and language difficulties.
