Refugee Emergency Aid for Life (REAL) Project aims to reduce the vulnerability of 46,000 people; 24,380 females and 21,620 males, 29,440 children (16,781 girls and 12,659 boys); 70% refugees and 30% from the host community) through WASH and Protection.

• Drill and install 5 solar powered and 8 hand pump wells (SPHERE standards)
• Train 13 water committees
• Construct water harvesting systems for 15 institutions like schools and health centres in refugee and host communities
• Construct 250 emergency latrines with bathing shelters and hand washing facilities (SPHERE standards)
• Distribute female hygiene products (reusable pads, underwear and soap) to 2,880 women and 5,120 girls

In Protection:
• 20 local female and male volunteers to sensitize 46,000 beneficiaries on SGBV issues and environmental protection
• Disseminate SGBV and Environmental protection IEC materials to 14,950 refugee and host community households and 120 community
